Multi-colour Print
We offer the full range of printed labels, from simple single-colour designs to ones of exclusive design using up to 8 colours. It is also possible to double print substrates to achieve further colours, therefore the number of colours is not limited. The application of modern UV inks provides a more bright and prominent visual affect on the label.
Impaks use both solvent and water based inks, depending upon the applications and visual affects required and the use of UV inks are excellent for maintaining metallic lustre when printing on metallised coated materials.
Silk-Screen Printing
Silk - screen printing is available that allows an application of a dense layer of ink to achieve maximum opacity on the printed surface of transparent material. This type of printing provides high definition and contrast of each design element that shows off the fine lines, small font text and other intricate details and affects.
Silk - screen-printing provides significant visual affects through the application of special inks such as thermacromic, metallic, phosphoresce, fluorescent, and different textured varnishes.
Combining print with rotary UV sections allows bilateral printing on transparent materials, making the label visible through drinking bottles that it is applied on. Producers of luxury alcohol and perfume often use such type of printing.
At the moment we are in position to offer any combination of six flexography sections and two UV silk - screen sections. It is possible to increase the number of silk screen sections up to eight.
Besides the obvious visual advantages of silk screen printing, the application provides significant resistance against aggressive environments and is used for labelling in the industrial chemicals industry to provide resistance against different oils and solvents
Bilateral printing
This type of self adhesive label is two side printed and is typically applied to a transparent bottle or container, where the image of the reverse side of the label is clearly visible through the bottle and the opposite label. There is provided the highest level of images alignment on both sides of the label.
This type of printing is interesting for long-term promotion or lottery labels, where each lot of goods may have unique slogan and an individual reference on the opposite side of the label.
Back side Print
Back side print allows precise printing on both sides of a flexible material. The main application of such type of printing is flexible rolled labels for lemonades, carbonated drinks etc. Back side print is widely used by producers of refreshment drinks for promotion and lotteries. Ungluing the label from a bottle, a customer may study conditions of promotion or lottery printed on reverse side of the label.
